Yeah he just had a look at it and gave me a prescription, think it's about time I changed doctors!! I'm in the UK so hopefully next time I go there I'll be able to get summat sorted. Thank you very much for responding :) even if it's just opinions it's still something. I was diagnosed with HPV recently as well so this would be the absolute icing on the cake, but such is life! Hi everyone I came back from a festival on Monday with discolouration and a rash-type thing next to my mouth. Over the last few days it's got a bit scabby and has sprouted spots filled with pus like whiteheads. I went to my doctor and he told me he thinks that it's impetigo... but that was after I asked him if it was a cold sore, and if I would be able to be tested for herpes. He told me there was no test for herpes and prescribed me Fucidin for my "impetigo". This doctor has been incredibly eager to get me out of his office on a few occasions now and I'm just wondering if he's lazy. He told me the only way to know if it was a cold sore was if it came back again! I'm not sure if this picture will work but this is what it looks like today: Any and all opinions would be very much appreciated. I will get a second opinion by a professional but I'd also like to chat to some people as well if possible...
