Hi everyone! Ive had Herpes for about 2 years and I have someone I have been seeing for about 3 months now. She isn't comfortable going down on me for fear of getting oral herpes. We have done some research and neither of us are comfortable with risking it right now. We do have sex but always with condoms, and most times with boxers on (b/c I have my breakouts at the base of my penis and scrotum) to try and limit skin to skin contact. I am on daily suppressive therapy as well. Im curious what advice is out there for us. I would certainly enjoy receiving oral again but since I was diagnosed with herpes I worry about easy transmission to my partner. Are there some good numbers or videos to help ease our worry? Any steps we should or shouldn't be taking? All general information and experienced advice regarding both oral sex and sex would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
