but if i havent had it before there is a chance i can get it genitally right? how long befor ei might show symptoms.. should i stop any oral sex

Hey guys, As far as i know i have never gotten a cold sore. I started seeing a girl 2 - 3 weeks ago and she has been kissing me all over and also we had unprotected oral a few times. Recently i have been breaking out in rashes over my body and she discloses she gets cold sores on the lip. Also where she has been kissing my on my neck i had a spot appear it started off really painful and now has almost disappeared. In the uk they dont test for herpes i have had no symptons yet apart from these rashes that sporadically appear on my arms , hands , wrists. I am now freaking out about herpes.. if she wasn't showing a sore i am still quite high for oral mouth and genital transmisison?? .. i am sitting around waiting for an outbreak and mentally i am not well.. i have even stopped speaking to the girl.. my mind is all over the place.. please help .. it seems every twitch or sensation is making me go back to google. also how long before i might show any symptoms.. i am seeing the docs tommorow.
