Hi guys first time posting. Diagnosed about 3 months ago and have been on Valtrex suppressive therapy for about 2 months. I missed a dose yesterday for the first time. I take valtrex, lithium and cymbalta (may or may not have been the issue). I missed all of them, go me lol. I was doing okay all of today just some pins and needles from the anti depressants. Started to get a sore throat. Then 4 hours later it hit me like a brick wall. Aching all over, headache, ears hurt the whole 9 yards. Tried to sleep it off, woke up about an hour later to me getting sick. So my question is, does missing a dose of the Valtrex make you get the flu like symptoms? Or maybe it’s a huge coincidence (which I doubt but you never know). Thank you guys!
