Hi all, I’m on suppressive meds and notice a tiny bit of prodomal symptoms that don’t result in any lesions or fissures at all... just a bit of itching or tingling and then it goes away. Can I have sex with my HSV- partner if those prodromal symptoms are gone? I assume if those symptoms are gone and there are no lesions I’m okay... thoughts?
