Does anyone else have constant stomach discomfort even when they're not having an outbreak?

Does anyone else still get stomach discomfort and tightness even when they're not having an outbreak? It feels like my initial ob might be have calmed down, but I still feel this consistent tightness in my lower abdomen and upper groin area. Does that ever go away? If not, is there anything that can be done about it specifically?
