high negative IgG test?

Recommended Posts

Hello. I recently posted regarding my test results. My IGM test for HSV 2 was "equivocal" and my IgG was negative with a result of 0.60. (Negative: less than 0.90, Equivocal: 0.91-1.09, Positive: 1.10+). I am already positive for HSV 1.

I made a post over on Westover Heights Clinic where Terri Warren responded that my IgG negative was fairly high and could be I am in the process of going negative to positive or it could be nothing.

Anyone have any insights as to how likely this could be? I had sex 3/1/17 (with a condom) and I took this test about 7 weeks after exposure (4/21/17). I also did a biokit test about 8.5 weeks after exposure (5/1/17) and that was negative.
