Second outbreak after sex! HELP

So last night my current boyfriend and I had sex for the first time. He knows I have type 1 genital, I disclosed that as soon as we started dating. I've been holding out due to fear. I finally gave in and I checked myself before to make sure I didn't have any sores (it's my new fear) and haven't had any symptoms of what would feel like a breakout. Then this evening I found a sore. I'm freaking out. He has type 1 oral but not genital. He didn't even due oral. I'm afraid I passed genital onto him. I feel terrible about this.

My doctor said a second breakout was not very likely and said that long term treatment in my case was not necessary at the moment.
