Hello! I'm still learning about this whole herpes issues that I was so lucky to be blessed with *insert sarcastic tone* but I wanted to share a helpful website regarding lysine and arginine and the ratios that might be helpful to avoid OBs.

Seems that the Mediterranean diet may be helpful to follow. Although the website only mentions oral OBs but sounds like from other posts and articles I have found that it could also reduce genital OBs.

I found another article that refrences the Paleo diet. I haven't tried either diet so not familiar with them but I'm up to trying everything at this point.
