Check out Lysine as well! It's a natural medicine. I have HSV1 on my Vagina. I rarely have outbreaks and if I feel anything, I take Lysine. I also would consider looking into Candida in your body if your Vagina is always irritated as well. You might have to change your diet because Candida loves sugar.
