Thanks Dancer, I sure will. I am still taking the lysine 1500 mg a day, black elderberry and silver. I feel great today it's a wonderful day. No sores, I do have some headaches but they come and go. All in all a blessing. God Bless

Good Morning, Well I started with 1000mg 3x a day then reduced it to 1000 daily. I feel it,came back the itching and,burning sensations. So I increased it to 2 x a day the same mg. Hope this helps, Unfortunately I am not able to go commando at work. @Dancer, how long does it take for these OB to go away. I was so happy that they had called down I had lowered the lysine. Finished the prescribed meds since it was,for,only 3 days. Have a fantastic day all!

I was taking Llysine 3x a day. It helps ton from what I had read from others on this site. I reduced it to one time a day since I was feeling better and figured I was doing good. Ate some peanut butter and some gummy bears. I was craving them so bad....lol Well, you can imagine what happened next. Holly molly more blisters appeared.....no!!! I am experiencing my first OB and diagnosed about 3 weeks ago. Still learning. My MD prescribed Clobetasol ointment and it has helped. Poor pharmacist he was asking me where the rash was. I am not discussing this in front of all those other people. He said on your elbow, I responded yes...LMAO I also take Sovereign Silver and black elderberry extract 1tbs each morning and night. If anyone knows anything else I may need, please post.

Good morning everyone, How long does an OB last? Is it really 3-4 months? I am no longer burning in my lady region. However, my thighs feel tender, like i used a grater on em. I tried Lysine 1000mg x 3 I was in major pain but no burning no itching. Now down to 1000 a day, I am aware of my sensitivity of my skin especially on my thighs. I put on some frankincense oil there and went commando feeling a bit better. Any other oils that may be better? Haven't had the talk, he was not in town..... Still haven't talked to anyone about this....just here. I have my good days and bad. I rather be out, but afraid that the sun might make me break out.... Will we ever enjoy a good sunbathing or do I need to be hiding from it. Should I purchase a big ass sun hat for protection...lol Thank you all, I have learned many things from this site/forum appreciate everyone of you. God Bless!

@WCSDancer, the test was blood and vaginal. How would he know I have it in my mouth. 1: I love to French kiss is it now out of the question entirely? Smh 2: Can we still have oral sex, if yes what precautions are necessary. 3: beer, coffee I like at least one cup.

Well here is the kicker, saw my MD on May 1st, ran an the test STD all negative. I had gone to see her cause I was having so I thought a yeast infection. Rx given taken couple of weeks later it's worst. Go back on May 30th same symptoms but burning inside my lady region :). diagnosed HSV positive 37.99 hsv1 and hsv2 6.99.

Good Morning, Thank you, breathing, relaxing. All this weekend I stayed at home, afraid of passing this to my family. We kiss, hug when arriving and leaving. I told everyone I had a cold, since my cheeks were burning. No idea could be my freaking out about H afraid they may end up with H. I live in South Houston, near Clear Lake, Texas.
