  1. Hi, everyone! Below you will find a link to what's called Emotional Freedom Technique, EFT. It's similar to acupuncture, but instead of needles being placed at the meridian points, you tap the meridian points with your fingertips. I use this method with my life coach, and it may be of benefit to everyone here in dealing with the emotional stress of H. The instructor provides a good explanation on the video.
