  1. Omg! If that's true, my whole family has it because I see it on them; and I always hug people...:( Yeah, I had an outbreak after gave birth in March but I was diagnosed over the phone by my gyno who said I have oral and genital herpes. I have not been to a dermatologist because my doctor keeps saying I'm okay.
  2. lol Its hard to explain but for example, on my arm is about a hundred tiny bumps in one area-that one entire area is itchy and the size of about of a half dollar. It doesn't get better or worse with things I use. And about 5 of these rashes or whatever they are go throughout the entire course of my body. My face now has little spots from where the rashes used to be.
  3. Hi, I haven't been on here awhile-got a lot going on. But yeah, I have itchy bumpy rashes on my skin. They tend to jump around and go an inch below the initial area each time. Things are getting better and I have used Neutrogena and Nystatin cream. So, my question is: are these random bumps a dermatology issue or herpes of the skin that will not go away? Thank you.
  4. Hi evry1! I have recently posted my story and as an update, I feel a little better already. I am glad there r other people to talk to who understand and won't judge each other. I hope there r people in SoCal to talk to also. That would be even better
  5. @FLNewH I'm sorry about that but you know you r not alone and maybe he's not the one for you. @WCSDancer2010, I have never been tested because I've never had symptoms but if I did, the drs. did it without asking. For me, the symptoms are a dead giveaway. I had a blood test and its both hsv-1 and 2, oral and genital.
  6. I agree with @City ofAngels-if I was clean, I wouldn't let myself be with someone in any kind of way knowing they have a contagious, incurable std. And I can relate to the fear of the heart disease story; you Google and find out so much bad stuff like, eye infections, blindness, and going deaf due to herpes! Its so scary
  7. I found out on October 15th of this year that I have hsv-1 & 2 and when I contacted my then ex to ask if he knew he had it, he denied it. Two days later, he sent me a long text telling me not to contact him again because in his words, "I knowingly gave him herpes." Not true. I said "I just found out today"-which was the 15th. Basically, I got my health records in the mail recently. It says I had nothing in February of this year. I met and had relations with him in April. That's when my records show I got this thing. So, being that in the text, he told me not to contact him or he will "turn me in," should I go on with my life knowing that someone THINKS I gave them herpes when I did not? I just can't see myself contacting him again, though.
