I suggest it will get better. I struggle with depression prior to getting herpes years ago. I needed to get onto an antidepressant, at times wish I hadnt. It seems like keeping fit is a great remedy for both. If feeling suicidal get help immediately. Keep posting your thoughts as it's helpful as well

I can only hypothesize that the virus being the parasite that it is has an ability to somehow come at the opportune time. I suggest more than a coincidence.

I have had HSV2 for some years and have noticed increase desire just prior to noticing an outbreak. I suggest that the virus is somehow responsible for that. Has anybody noticed this as well ?

49 y/o male looking for support in Minnesota. I have had hsv2 for some 26 years. Married for 18 years but wife has soured and gotten extremely mean and seems to be making an exit plan. Staying together for the kids would work for me but as she grows more toxic probably not the best. The thought of a potential divorce is overwhelming.
