Hi, I'm wondering how old everyone was when first diagnosed? I'm 34 and totally devastated. Going through the initial outbreak currently. I hope I never experience this outbreak again..feels like I'm dying.

 

[Can herpes be transmitted in swimming pools and lake?]

I am recently diagnosed and have a 9 yr old son. I asked my dr if should be worried about passing it to him and she said "absolutely not." So I'm thinking if it could be passed through swimming she would have told me.

Hi. I'm a 34 yr old single mom who has just been diagnosed and awaiting confirmation from labs. I have sores, extremely bad sore throat, nausea, fever, chills/sweats, headache, body aches exhaustion. I had unprotected sex with a new partner and am completely ashamed, disgusted, furious, embarrassed.. so many feelings! I am so upset that I put myself in this situation.
