  1. Hi Jaee4! I'm sorry you're going through something so painful. It is hard to face the reality that we will have this for life (I was diagnosed a few days ago with HSV2). Think of what your life was like a year ago and then think of how it is now. Probably totally different right? I bet a ton of stuff has happened to you in the past year. Well, never forget that your life is going to continue to change like that. Things will get worse and things will get better and better. Believe it or not you already have someone who can love you unconditionally---and that's you! Herpes is not a death sentence and not something that will send the right person running because they will be the RIGHT person! Just hold on, one day at a time, and celebrate the little things. :) Also we're all always here to talk!
  2. We're here with you! You're not alone in this. I know how painful it is, it's excruciating but it doesn't last forever, it will ease! Any way you could where looser panties and/or pants for work?
  3. I just got my diagnosis of HSV-2 a day ago. It's a scary reality knowing that this is for life. There seems to be lots of helpful blogs and members online though! Just remember that you're still you and that this doesn't define you or take away from your greatness as an individual!
  4. Hi everyone! My partner and I were just diagnosed with HSV-2 this week. I am trying to figure out what I should stop eating in order to lessen my chances of an OB in the future. I plan to stay away from nuts, chocolate, and coffee. I also eat a lot of pasta, white bread, and garlic. Should I cut these things out of my diet as well?
