Hello everyone, I’m new to having hsv 1 a couple months now and haven’t really found out my triggers yet. I think one is alcohol though I’ve been picking up vodka and Malibu rum every weekend just because it gets me away from reality for a little bit and relaxes me. Although today, I’ve noticed I’m very itchy and red down there which I’m sure an OB is coming. Can anyone tell me what triggers you all may have experienced to cause an OB?
