I'm very sorry you're going through this. My first OB was the worst - it lasted for over three weeks and was super painful. I hope it helps to know that OBs become less frequent and less painful with time. I also take medication for it when I feel I might be getting an OB and it has made a huge difference for me. I would highly suggest talking to your doctor to see what medication would work for you. Please know you are not alone, I know exactly how you feel!
