  1. I have had a similar experience as I've had herpes for almost 3 years now. I also have seen similar blisters on my inner thigh, they look like pimples but are somewhat painful to the touch. They have gone away but I have scars there now… *sigh.. I get what you're going through though, the confusion part and wondering if I'll ever be able to have sex because I get frequent outbreaks too, at least once a month it never fails there is some little bump or itch down there. Once I even got an outbreak after just dry humping a little bit, and it made me so sad. Honestly I just avoid physical contact…which of course won't work forever because I miss and yearn for intimacy. I've since discovered a few things that have really helped reduce the severity of my outbreaks: neem oil I put on and around my private parts every day, then tea tree oil and eucalyptus oil. I also take 500 mg of L-lysine a day and one capsule of Myrrh or Prunella herb has helped boost my immune system. Drinking organic apple cider vinegar with lemon juice and local honey in the morning is also a good way to deter herpes outbreaks. If I have an outbreak on my lip I usually put aloe vera (cut from my live plant), neem and a bit of eucalyptus and it clears up faster that way. I haven't taken any prescribed antivirals in a while because they made me even more depressed, but those mentioned treatments have helped a lot. I would suggest you try rubbing neem oil on your thighs.
  2. This is a great idea!! I would be very grateful to have an h-buddy to talk to. I'm 21, was diagnosed with genital herpes 2 years ago & I have constant outbreaks even though I've been trying to boost my immune system. I don't believe that herpes is incurable. I'm from TN, I'd like to have a female buddy mostly because I need someone who can relate to how my body is reacting. I'd be okay with a male too, but I'm not here to find a date. I'm into ancient culture, music, environmental science, cosmology and art. I will offer my positivity, love & support to anyone in need. I'd share my experiences & ways I've coped and moved past the initial depression & shock that happens after being diagnosed. I'd like to tell anyone who feels trapped or sick inside their body that they are more than just a body! - we are all consciousness & our spirits are connected to everything in nature. Smile :) Be grateful for your life is special & beautiful!
