It's kinda personal, but...... Is it okay to masturbate during an outbreak??

Hi DI...go for it if it doesn't hurt or feel uncomfortable. You will learn by trial an error and if it aggravates it lay off the fun until the OB is over. I think each OB is different. And if you aren't getting it off with someone else what is there to do but help yourself?! :-)

I agree...go ahead and please yourself. By all means remember to love yourself and your body. Also, just be sure to wash your hands after. Just in case, you don't ever want to scratch in an itch in your eye while you are having an OB. Just a precaution, similar to peeing before having sex to reduce chances of uti's. Be careful, but have fun.
