Herpes outbreak early signs and symptoms

Hi all,

 

I'm still in the process of getting 'used' to having genital h and was wondering what others OB signs and symptoms may be? I have had cold sores since I can remember and I have noticed the early OB signs for cold sores are totally different to genital h so I'm trying to become more aware. Also, does anyone know any triggers? Food wise or otherwise? Anything seems to set me off atm especially shaving and even certain types of underwear :( So over it already and it's only been five months.
