diet and herpes outbreaks?

Hello all! I have been reading a lot on line about H and life with it.I am wondering if anyone has information on diet and how it affects outbreaks ... I read lysine is a big help. And a lot about melon and nuts being very bad. Any information is appreciated! All my best.
