Is herpes causing this ?

For about the past three months I have been feeling a lot of tightness in my upper abdomen.

I'm not sure if this because I have hsv 2 or is this something else?

Currently I am doing a saltwater cleanse. It is a week long process and currently on day three.

Has anyone ever done this before ? Just trying to figure out what different effects hsv 2 has on my body.

Doesn't sound like Herpes ... I would get to a doctor and see if you have something happening with your stomach or other abdominal organs. :(
