outbreak or a rash?

Can an outbreak look like a skin irritation caused by having diarrhea? Sorry for TMI but I all of a sudden got a rash on my bum from having diarrhea idk if it can be an outbreak or just a rash from wiping too hard or too much its right when the line start on my butt no where else just there...idk if its something I should worry about and go to the doctor or just let it be

What do you mean where the line starts on your butt? Like the too of your crack? It could be from either one. Lots of wiping and making small fissure's, tends to make it easier for H to come out. Just take Epsom salt baths and spray yourself w Bactine.

@2Legit2Quit yes on the start of my butt well I haven't been diagnosed yet so I am concerned if I should get it swabbed or not ...it doesn't hurt or itch only hurts when I wipe but I'm just concerned

No point in getting it swabbed. You already know you have H, so just treat it like it's H and treat accordingly. Take some antivirals if you don't take daily and if you do, double up

No I actually haven't been diagnosed yet I only know I have hsv 1 orally but I might have it genitally but I'm not 100% sure I just think because I've been having a lot of yeast infections but when I tested for herpes I only had hsv 1

Well herpes I is HSV 1. Did you not have both type specific tests done and how long after first symptoms? I'd get it swabbed if it's been less than 48hrs.

@2Legit2Quit yes I did and was only positive for hsv 1 I got the test right away when I started getting burning sensation down there but they tested me and was only positive for BV and yeast infection and tested 4 month after possible exposure and was only positive for HSV 1 and was a high value cuz I've had it for quite awhile and hsv 2 came out at a value of .74 so I'm guessing that negative

Yeah that's negative. I would just wait to see if you can get it swabbed next time. Not much else you can do.
