Internal lesions

Hi everyone - have luckily been outbreak free for a while, without meds! However, an outbreak popped up this week. Sometimes my OBs include internal - this occurred with my primary outbreak, but not consistent since then. I was wondering what to do to treat them when they are internal? I've been taking ibuprofen, and meds. But not sure how to treat them otherwise. Anything I can do? They are really causing some discomfort. Thanks!

You're still on antivirals right? I get internal ones on theirs day of my period, but they don't hurt. I know they're there onky because it will be sensitive inserting or removing a tampon and they leave circular discoloration. There's really nothing you can do, other than sit in Epsom salt baths. How far up are they? Just the opening or much further?
