Is this herpes? I've had it twice now in 3 months at the same spot near my anus. And yes I have hemorrhoids, bad. I am married, I've never cheated and I dont think my husband has either. I am 41. I have had HSV1 all my life and have many outbreaks all through the year. I just went for an annual in Feb. Tested negative for gonorrhea and chlymydia and my doc said I looked good down there.

Hi @Tamra and welcome!

Those kinds of pics aren’t allowed on our forums so that’s been deleted but what I would suggest whenever there’s an active outbreak is to get to the doc ASAP to get it swabbed. When there’s enough tissue to culture, it’s easier to get a definitive result. Have you been to the doc since this has developed?
