Even more confused after talking with nurse

Hi guys, 

Basicaly a few months ago I had a one night stand , a few days later I had three big blisters on my lip and a big spot on my bum cheek, 

since then I have had constant itching in genital area and rashes and spots on my inner thighs and around the genitals but nothing on the penis , I finally went to the gum clinic last week to get checked out and I explained the symptoms I’ve been having and showed them a few of those little red spots and they basically just laughed and told me I was fine without any tests to check , 

I’ve  now broken out with about 20 spots on my thigh after shaving it for a new tattoo and I’m just left super confused as to what’s wrong? I never had any of these symptoms before the one night stand so  I’m still thinking it’s herpes , I don’t know if any of you guys can help me out here or am I just going crazy!?

I have almost the exact same problem. I’ve not had a positive diagnosis for HSV, but this all started after I slept with someone who said they might have HSV
