How many herpes outbreaks per year?

How many number of times a year is considered "normal" to have H outbreaks? My doc said there is really no saying how many times a year I'll get it. But I just want to know other people's experiences on outbreaks.

The average is 2-4 herpes outbreaks per year. More toward the low end of that scale if you have genital HSV-1, more if you have genital HSV-2.

Ok..I feel tingling sensations all the time :( is it in my head? I think it is..i look and there's nothing there..
