Could it be herpes outbreak or not?

Since I found out I had herpes 6 months ago I havent experienced an outbreak, just the initial one. But I have had red spots on the back of my thighs right down my butt. It started over a month ago and I am confused because I dont feel anything, its not itchy or sore and I think if it was an outbreak it should have cleared out by now. Plus my first outbreak happened on my ladies parts only and not on the back of my tighs. Do you think it could be an allergy or something else? Should I take the famciclovir pills? I would like to know what you guys think about if it could be or not an outbreak.

Sounds like you have something more like Adult Acne/pimples but if in doubt, get them swabbed... that way, if you are going to get OB's there in future you will know what it is and you can attack/treat them more quickly in future :)
