What Happened To The Herpes Commercials?

Not sure why this came to my mind but I just realized the Valtrex commercials don't come on tv anymore. I haven't seen one in years. Why were these commercials taken off the air? Is it because the medical community thinks Genital Herpes is not a big deal?

I expect they were not getting the result they wanted.... ie, not enough return for their investment. It's a mixed blessing - the ads might make more people get checked out, but the way they were doing them, they added to the stigma :(
