Food.. Supplements.. And Exercise.. OH MY!!! Advice, stories, experiences, please :-)

Hi all! So just a general question for the veterans out there.. Or really anyone who has advice or something to add :-) I've been doing a lot of research about food and natural things that can help prevent outbreaks and what not. And as you all have probably noticed, there's a TON of conflicting information out there. And just the fact that we are all different and h affects us all in different ways. That all being said, I was wondering if some of you out there wouldn't mind sharing what foods have triggered outbreaks for you.. What supplement you've used that have seemed to help with outbreaks.. And how exercise has affected you. Before H I didn't take any supplements or any medication what so ever. I usually run about 10 miles a week (and a few half marathons a year), and eat a pretty balanced diet. Since my diagnosis I have been scared to run (scared I'll cause an OB :-( ) and have been very careful of my diet. I really hate to limit myself, but since my body is just getting used to this new thing, I don't want to take any chances. Any advice, stories or experiences would be great! Thank you so much!!! :-)
