should I disclose I have cold sores before kissing ? I feel very uncomfortable about it cause there isn't any trust or chemistry before you kiss someone and 80 % of the population has it

It's definitely a conversation that I feel has no "right" or "wrong" answer, but I for one have had Oral H1 since I was a kid and I generally don't worry about it for kissing ... I am just super careful about not kissing anyone or sharing drinks/etc if I have *any* feeling I'm having an OB, and mine are pretty set in their pattern so I catch them pretty early on. As you said, most people have it and just don't know it ... so odds are anyone who is remotely sexually active/dating is likely coming in contact with many oral H1 carriers.
