can you be extremely contagious with hsv1 cold sore ? the girl that gave me this I was all over her when we kissed we kissed alot when she had a little out break that I didn't think anything of. I noticed after . am I pretty much screwed ??

Certainly an active cold sore is going to have more of the virus present but it's not a guarantee that you will get it (ie, you are not necessarily screwed)

 

You have asked this question at least once already ... and the answer hasn't changed between then and now :)

 

As I've said before, odds are you could already be carrying the HSV1 virus orally (80% of people have it there whether they know it or not) OR you have been exposed to it many times before.
