right around this time is when I found out things would be different. months of sorrow and bad thoughts ensued. tell me I'd be here now I wouldn't have believed it. I'm stronger than ever because I'm me not a thing has changed but as I said I grew stronger. I found out this is something we fear of catching more than accepting it.because we end up.figuring out it aint shit. yes there are still moments when I dwell but they become fewer n fewer because honestly I thought when I would get another ob I would go back deep but I didn't I came back with a vengeance n you know what my cold sore hurts more than my last one. talk about eating chips ugh. and I still get down when I hear the word or see trolly comments but I'm starting to block it too because again this aint shit. so to the newbies as cliche as it sounds n your thoughts of negativity take over it will truely get better when you let it n realize someone will try go bring you down but don't let them we are still who we were supposed to be. peace and positivity.

So glad to hear from you and to hear about your progress!!!

 

One thing for the cold sores...try either the Ammonium Alum that I mentioned in my post (below) or (MUCH more expensive, but works really well) Oragel Single Dose ... I wrap the end of the tube with saran wrap and get a couple extra applications with it and one tube usually knocks it right down...
