Ella is my hero. She burst onto the Herpes scene last year and had quickly become a strong voice for those who cannot (yet!) speak up for themselves. Everyone here should follow her blog :)

@WCSDancer2010 - I totally agree with that too! I just like the idea of changing the narrative of the damsel in distress. Herpes does not make me a person who is in need of a boyfriend to make everything better. But I will say, my love life is much more mature because of herpes. I have really learned a lot about vulnerability, openness, and letting go of anxiety and rejection. Here's to herpes!
