Risk of transmission? Need help/anxious

I have herpes for almost 5 years now. I am happily married but our sex life is not much. 2-3 times a week maybe less. This time I had operation for wisdom teeth. And use a lot of antibiotics.

After 3 weeks of no sex, me and hubby had sex just for 2 min. I havent had symptoms before sex so I thought its safe. but after 2 min I had some discomfort and little pain. I washed off and check with a mirror. No blisters, little reddish spot inside labia minora. Also I now have minor symptoms like tingling. So freaking out, could he contracted after 4 year. (He doesnt have it.) we used condom and I am using valtrex. But 3 days ago I forgot to take valtrex. What are the risks? Red spot is inside my labia minora.

Very low
