Monolaurin, Lysine...etc

Hi guyS! 

I was wondering if any of you have tried monolaurin???? I am taking Lysine and coconut oil with lauric acid, but apparently monolaurin is a more potent/effective thing?? Is it?? Any thoughts on what the perfect mixture and dosage???

I haven't heard any definitive results, unfortunately. This seems to be in a similar category to L-lysine where you might hear some swear by it and others say it didn't do squat. But whatever you do, please BEWARE of googling terms like this and seeing snake oil salesmen peddling cure-alls and such.

@mr_hopp thank you! Lysine has actually worked for me...I think...although, I'm not so sure if it is the Lysine, coconut oil, vitamins or/and food regime. Is there any diet or supplement you recommend or other warnings we should know about other than ratios of lysine-arganine??
