I know I wish That was my case too! Really I never Had a noticeable outbreak until I took My first dose of medicine for extreme itching on the outside of my vagina! I cant Remember having a terrible outbreak and I’m praying to God I dont! The last outbreak I had I took 2 Valtrex back to back and it caused and allergic reaction to my body! I dont Think I will Be able to take it so I just Have to tough throughy outbreaks! I out Vitamin a:d cream when I do!! How old are you? I wonder why some people has less symptoms than others. How many Valtrex do you take a day! Another lady I chat with takes two acayvlior per day and she said she not bothered with anymore. I pray we get like that!

I have Type 1 and 2. I really Don’t know how long I’ve had it but I found out about 2 years ago. No nocticeable symptoms until I found out hate I ever Went to the dr 😩😩! I think the hair loss is from stress. I’m trying my best not to get on AV I try to deal with the issues but try some vitamins for hair skin and nails and see if that’s will help.

Same thing here when I went my dr said the same thing until I tested positive! I think I’m going to start talking the l lysine as well because i don’t really want to do the daily suppressive. Do you know what she takes because I’m going to have me some meds on hand as well! My outbreaks come about every six months and they are not bad. It’s just some days I have Stinging and my skin burns on my back and arms. Would please ask her for me

I think Once we find our nerves get so bad until I caused Ob again! I had never had an ob until I found Out now I’ve had about 4! My vagina never burned or was irritated until I found out. Now it’s all the time! If I could stop the burning and irritation I would not get on medicine because right now my ob aren’t very bad. So is AV daily or just during an ob.

No I haven’t had an outbreak it’s just the feeling! I hate To even go to the bathroom because of the after effect. I was Thinking about getting my prescription filled today to see if that would help! @Gina99 did you just have an out break! I was Trying not to take the medicine daily but if it doesn’t get any better I may Have too. Another lady told me to apply coconut oil

Well to be honest herpes didn’t cause my hair to fall out it was stress! I don’t even know how long I’ve had it but when i found out i stressed so much lost 30 lbs and My hair even started turning gray because I waS stressing so much! I’m not sure how much it hair grown because I keep It braided but I can Tell it has! My nails have grown a lot and I’ve never had nails so I believe The vitamins are working!
