I'm proud of you for shifting gears like this, defeatedbuttrying. Seems that you're deciding something important in giving that feedback to Molly. It feels powerful. This might necessitate a change in your username, since you're seeming less and less defeated by the hour. ;)

 

You might fall back, and you might not. But the more you can continue on this path of recognizing when you fall in, building more and more awareness around that, the easier and easier it will be to hop back onto this path. It's just like anything you practice. The more you practice, the more you get better at the thing you're practicing. :) So here's to continued practice!
