should I use a loofah during my herpes outbreak?

I don't think it is a good idea but I need to know cause I haven't washed my body “i have been taking showers" since my outbreak and feeling dirty. Is there certain things I should use soap wise? Should I use a cloth instead of a loofah? Or go about my daily routine?

Daily routine my friend.... tho the lufa may not be a lot of fun around the sores.....

 

Some people have said they had great results with the Aveeno Colloidal Oatmeal body wash. And Epsom salts baths for the OB - a couple handfuls of Epsom Salts dumped in the water between the legs so it gets on the sores... helps dry them up and soothes the area.

I don't use soap, because they cause me to break out.. I usually take the shower head and wash myself using warm water. Hot water causes me irritate also.
