Awesome thank you! It would be great if the world would become more accepting of it someday because it is quite common. We need to first start with ourselves and not feed in to the stigma of it.

OUR BEHAVIOR will feed the stigma if we buy into it... As Brene Brown says:

 

If you put shame in a petri dish it needs 3 things to grow exponentially - secrecy, silence, and judgement. If you put the same amount of shame into a petri dish and douse it with empathy, it can't survive.
