Hey all! My friend just posted this to his Facebook wall and I wanted to share it with you all. It touches on some beautiful points that we tend to talk about on this forum. It speaks to what to do when we find ourselves in a heavy place ... not just the kind of heavy that might have us considering suicide, but the whole range of heavy. This guy has a beautiful heart and I love him a lot.
