What do you guys do?

First off! Thank you for everyone who responds. 

Im just curious how often do you guys have a break out? And what are some things and studys that you have found to stop the break outs.

I was just diagnosed on Tuesday, and I know I don’t ever ever want to experience this pain ever ever ever again.

I am on my third out break in 1 month. I was actually diagnosed on 9/12. From talking to people here I have been trying to boost my immune system. Taking vitamins, my doctor put me on daily suppression. And I have also made my own ointment to put in

They will get further apart! boosting your immune system and taking care of yourself will definitely help.

Hopefully. I mean I don’t or I haven’t gotten any pain. Just the sores but it’s a lot
