I have lost a drastic amount of weight...I probably only weighed 110lbs to begin with. How does one cope with this? I can't eat, sleep, work or even be around people.

H1234, I'm 26 and a week into my diagnosis. I have a boyfriend that I haven't told yet because I'm afraid of his reaction. I know there's two options, he either gave this to me or I have had it for a while and not known. So scared that when I tell him he's going to flip out and assume I cheated when I didn't.

I know exactly how you feel... Not to toot my own horn but I was very confident before this. I am an attractive female, relatively intelligent and successful. I never had any problem finding men to date me and now THIS. I have never had an std before this. :(
