I feel like I am powerless :( I dont know what causing this. Doctor couldnt figure out also. They checked every single thing. I am not stresfull at all. I work 6 hours a day and come in afternoon. Plenty of resting time also. I used daily valtrex more than a year. I thought maybe antivirals causing this and stop taking it like a week ago. Its less annoying now but still pinch,stings, burns and tender daily. In the morning evetything is fine. I wake up pray to god that wont come but in like 2-3 hours comes again. I am healthy,athletic person. I do pilates and breathe exercise daily. But sill?huh... I took zinc, vitamin C and lysine sometimes. No help. Which they used to help a lot. In my first year I got some how 2 outbreaks. Second year nothing! But this year back to back ob during taking antivirals or without. I have a very happy relationship for 2.5 years. We think he is still neg. ( he tested after my diagnosis for couple of times) but he doesnt wanna get tested, it doesnt change anything for him. He asked me to marry him also! Very happy with him. I cant see him everyday because we live apart from eachother but when he visits me I got an ob! This ruins our sex life too. We were like bunnies and know 40 years old married couple. He has a high libido and this makes him sad. But still he is very supportive! I just needed to vent!

It comes and goes but still tender. No visual outbreak or any other sypmtoms just weird sensation around the opening :(

My have is type 2 either. I am not sure but lately I am getting back to back outbreaks which antivirals doesnt help at all :( did your doctor gave u something for your thyroid?

Thyroid's is genetic disease and it causes my constant outbreak, I believe. Which there is a disease call viral thyroid dsyfunction :( herpes , hpv could cause thyroid affected bad so I am searching on it.

Is anybody have any disease due to thyroid affected by herpes? How its affecting herpes outbreaks? I know that thyroid makes a great role in immune system?

Same feeling here. My ob healed last week and now in the same spot there is a feeling like tenderness which I am on daily 1000 mg valtrex and now doubled up the dosage for 3 days now!!

Hellı again, I told you guys before that somehow I having constant lately. 2 weeks ago I had this minor outbreak near my vaginal opening. 2-3 days ago I had this weird sensation, little redness around the same spot. No blisters or anything thou... Its healed like a week ago but suddenly this feeling started. I am on 1000mg daily valtrex, I doubled up but no help!!! I have a hot date with my bf in a hotel room this weekend for 1 night :(((. We didnt see eachother for a month and really miss eachother. Now this happening :( I hate this. Any idea what could of been?

Today my aches are fade away but i have reddish cut near my nail on ring finger. Which hurts when I touch. But I didnt touch with that finger. Could it be travelled to that finger? Its not blistering, it looks like an open paper cut, tingiling on the finger also :(

I hope it wont be something more serious! I am also started to having a flu right now. I dunno whats going on with me. I am the one who doesnt have ob for 1.5yrs... But now, Its like every 3-4 weeks

Well I didnt rub it off course.It probably didnt touch my skin. I put a big amount of the cream on my finger and just tip on the obs which probably didnt touch. I checked my finger no open scar or etc... Also I wash immideatly like 3 second after the touching. I dont know why am I having aches. Could be psycological?

I am having my genital outbreak right now. (Again) It almost healed. Just redness! Today I wantted to put a cream on it but i couldnt find any q-tips so I put it with my and washed away with soap right away! I am now having a ache on my arm and armpit. No visual blister though but it just happened yesterday so maybe its devoloping blisters now! What are my chances to get herpes like this. I have HSV2 for more than 2 years now. Also i am using daily valtrex!

Herpes could be hidden in your body for years. Maybe, you received before your marriage or your husband has it, didnt know he had it. He could be asypmtomatic. If you are sure about cheating then you should tell him right away. If you hide it from him he could of thing about cheating. That constant prodrome was happening to me in my first year though. I am gettn constant breakouts without prodromes just a little itch!

I was with my bf when i diagnosed actually. My ex had it after we brokeup I tested and it was neg. When i met my current bf I thought I havent had anything. After 4 months i started sypmtoms and full outbreak :( my bf tested for all and it was neg. We are using condoms almost for 2 years. Same brand also. I dont know why am I getting so frequent. I ordered westernblot for too sure again since my doc says just pos. For herpes. He didnt tell me which type. I am assuming that its hsv2 because of the frequency of obs. I am getting mild ones but constant.

Hey sweety i diagnosed over 2.5years ago. first year was just 1 ob but now its on constant route. I am on daily valtrex to reduce transmission rate. Also I am using vit C plus lysine time to time. I tried to eat clean no smoking , occasionally drink 1-2 beer. I always do exercise or plates but its suddenly get constant :( My doc check hormones, blood etc.. But it lead me HIV :( I will post after I heard my test result Thanks for the listening honey.

I have told my fear of transmission before but I am sure something is going on pyshically. I am getting constant mild outbreaks and flu like syptoms . I am scarred that i might have hiv. After I contracted herpes, I tested hiv after 2 months and 4 months with elisa. It was neg. And I am in a monogamous relationship for more than 2 years now. I am sure he is loyal to me. I know its an odd situation but this constant breakouts, prodromes lead me to something more serious. I am going to get tested on monday again but i cant sleep, cant eat :( i hope its nothing

Yes, I read over and over again. Its really great perspective. I started to keep a journal about my thoughts. I hope it helps me. Maybe oneday I can give it to my bf to read

Sweety actually i talked to him and he told me he doesnt care about my herpes he loves me and told me that if he wanted to break up with he would of do it early. He said its a simple problem we could work it out. And he found a great psychatrist and pay my all bills. Drop me to doctor every weekend and pick me up. Ask question about my sessions. He is so sweet but still scares me. I know youre going to tell me that i am really paranoid about it. But i changed a lot. I was the sweetest person you can see before h but know i feel like i am more depressed and unhappy. I wish that never happened to me or any of us. I am really sorry to bother you with my twisted thoughts :( i think i must calm myself first but i dont know how.

Thank you again. He never ever mentioned about my condition but i feel like he doesnt like it. Still doesnt say anything though maybe i am just paranoid about it sincei started to developed panic attacks because of this thought. I really love him and he make me feel loved also

Dancer thank you very much. I know he doesnt care but still scares me alot. That itch past in couple of hours sweety and we werent see eachother for than 2 mos. I started working with in a small village as an english teacher and p.e teacher for poor children. We did miss eachother that day we got intimate. I told him that i had an itch earlier that day and he said if its not persistent so it could be something else. Then we had sex and you guess how much we missed eachother. He is so sweet about my condition but he has trust issues since he cant believe how could i transmitted. Before i was diagnosed i tested and it was negative. I had a suspicion about herpes because my ex has weird bumps in his penis once in a while and he doesnt want to get tested. After we broke uo he tested and it was positive for herpes. He told me and i tested as soon as possible and it was negative. Probably i didnt build antibody. I was so relief :) then i met my now bf we were dating in to 4 mos and i got diagnosed. I told him immideatly and he believed me. After he saw my facebook msg wth my bff. I was telling my bestfriend my test came neg and i had a relief. And he got pissed of since i had this suspicion about herpes and i didnt tell him. But i told him that i thought i was negative and i dont want to bother him with this thoughts. Since then we tried to build our trust again but sometimes he is still make me feel like he has trust issues :( because of this i am really scared of this transmit to him.

Yeah maybe you are right. He is a close case though. We talked when i diagnosed and after that couple of times but i am concern after marriage and transmission could he be change his thoughts. I am so concern he wont love me in the future because of this and regret about us :( i think i am still not good with herpes and its been almost 3 years now
