GHSV1 HELP.... PLEASE ;(

I don’t think anybody has the same amount of outbreaks... that being said though, I have heard the first year tends to be when you’ll have the most, and that it seems to calm down the longer your body gets used to the virus. But I’m not a professional. Just my two cents, from lots and lots of research, google, and reading these forums.

Hi Ashlynn94

Yes what MissGuided said is right that the first year is generally the worse. As she said everyone is different but it can be like 2 or 3 OB's a year for first 1 - 3 years. Of course as stress can bring them on & most people stress about this virus more in the earlier years of it, it would make sense to have more OB's in those early years.
I've had it 8 years now & mine are down to once a year now & they are very mild.

Try some creams to stop the itching, tea tree oil , oregano oil or even cold sore cream, experiment to see what works best for you.

Wish you best of luck
