Just to note that you wouldn't have got HPV/warts from oral, and no, you wouldn't likely show it after 1 1/2 yrs.

 

Why the hell do you need your GP to refer you to an OBGYN? That's pretty messed up... if you are that worried, get it tested. Then you will know one way or the other...

In Canada u need referrals. It's ridiculous and then u have to wait to get an appy usually 3 months minimum

@whitedaisies @WCSDander2010 ummmm.... not sure where in Canada you are but I'm not certain you need a referral to an OB. I didn't need one, I just called. Canada may not like to test for herpes but our Healthcare is inclusive and extremely good (contrary to popular belief) Also, you can go to an STI clinic for free, without even needing to use your real name. I have had exceptional care and the utmost of respect and knowledge at my local sti clinic. We need to be out own advocates and seek out the help that is offered.

Could go to sti clinic but going to derm in 2 weeks lucked out on appy

Only anonymous testing at our sti clinics is hiv testing. Everything else fair game.
