Hi lelani, well i had very bad outbreak yesteray too, so you are not alone....it hurt like hell and i cryed today several times. And you are so right this is not the worse thing can happen...i fell uncomfortable and cant concentrate on my work or live but i know it will go away soon.At least we can be thanksfull that this virus dont kill us .I hope that your friend get better.i dont believe in chemo but i hope it will help them and they have the power to fight against this cancer.big hug

Hi, i have herpes 1 too but for me it run quit bad but i always have been bit sick in my live,Normally they say that 2 is much worse the 1 but i cant confirm that.But if you have a stable imunsystem it should be fine.There are a lot of things you can try but everyone react diffrently.For some people L-Lysine helps already for some not...you have to find your cure.I had some good experience of eating all my meals with coconut oil, it didnt solved the problem but it make the outbreaks much less...and i read that couple of people got outbreak free at the end...give it a try.

Hi, not sure but HSV 1 is diffrently, if i use a lipstick which i used before an outbreak and i use it couple of weeks later ( have genital too ) i get a outbreak again.so i think hsv 1 and 2 react diffrently......i ah y experience with lipstick, teethbrush etc...it still infective even after a while...but not sure about version 2

Hi,well there are studys which say that you can get contracted with herpes or HPV if there is enough heat or wetnees around ,like in the sauna /bathroom etc....if you go for sauna its possible that you can get it( is the word sauna exsist in english ?sorry not my native language?...well you know what i mean..... the hot places around 90 degrees).well but i dont think you can contract it from towel to towel. or on toilette...but seriously i always try to go the save way, if i have a guest in my house i put my towel always seperatly....only to make sure that nothing happen. i worked in a laboratorio before so i know that bacterias and virus love the heat and weat.....well so i think they like the bathroom too....so better you take care at least in places which are very hot or wet.but sure nobody know if this is really true, they dont know much about this virus if they would, they would have a cure :):):)so dont true to think to much about

hi, well there are all this statistic, am i aloud to ask you guys, did you ever infect somebody yourself when you didnt had an outbreak.i dont meet nobody neither since i got it and i know it can be always infective ,but did you ever infect somebody yourself?.i meen i feel the symtoms before it comes up,i feel that the virus is at this moment down there. they say that 70 percent of person get infected of people who dont have outbreaks,are this person who never had an outbreak and live witout symtoms ,so they cant tell if the virus is around or are this always person who had already outbreak and they couldnt read the symtom at this point?maybe you can give me your personal statistic ,experience not the one from the internet.do anybody had experience like that? thanks

HI , i dont take medication because i think that it supresses the real problem in our bodys,that there is a miss balance somewhere in you body or of one of your organs.I go to chinese medizin and he think that all my herpes problem mostly comes from my lever....when he accupuncture my lever point ,i get really badly electrical shocks.They say that the emotions are connected to lever, which makes since because the virus is breaking out when you stressed or upsad.I have Herpes now over a year and i got 2 outbreaks a month (which is far to much), its a very slow process ,it starts to get better now. Sure I can go to pharmacy and buy some valtrex but from my opinion this way is far to easy....to go the natural way you have to suffer a lot but i still believe that i will get one day free of outbreaks ,if i can bring my body in good balance. Everyone need deal with that virus how its best for him, with or without drugs. hope you all will have herpes free day :):):)

hi, yeas i do have 4-5before my period and the another one in between, this is the first time in 12 month i didnt got it......but period influence herpes a lot .i feel screetchy before my period always.the hormons influence this viruy a lot.well sure it depence on the person

Hi, well don't thank only the universe, lets thank the internet. what people with this virus or other sicknesses done in the past. Its so nice to connect to people all over the world who are in the same situation. its a big help for us all, cant imagine what i would have done 20 years ago,people got this doctors result an then had to deal with it alone....or didnt care because nobody had a clue about it.
